Charcuterie 101 Workshop

Perhaps you’re ready to make your gatherings more visually stunning, tasty and memorable. Or you’re a foodie and want to enjoy an evening of tasting charcuterie meats and cheese, all while learning a new skill. Or maybe you’ve survived one too many escape rooms and are looking for a new fun night out!
Join Barb Kasper and Spruced studio for a delicious evening where you will learn the art of arranging the meats, cheeses, fruit, and other fun accompaniments!
Sip on a complimentary refreshment as you create your very own 10“ x 12” tray to take home to share!
The class starts with a tasting of assorted cheeses, meats and other accompaniments…so come hungry!
Included in the workshop are all the meats, cheeses, and other goodies to build your take home charcuterie board and hands on guidance as you learn the 5-step process of creating a beautiful board. Along the way, Barb Kasper will share tips and education on both the art and science of charcuterie! And, you will receive a step-by-step PDF with a shopping list, after the class, to put your skills to test at home!

*Minimum of 6 people to hold class. Should we not meet our minimum, you will be contacted, and your ticket will be transferred to our next class with Barb Kasper.
*Note: Due to the custom nature of this workshop, cancellations need to be made at least 72 hours in advance and your ticket will be transferred to an upcoming charcuterie workshop. Any cancellations after this deadline will incur a fee of $35 fee and you may transfer to an upcoming charcuterie workshop. In the event that you do not let us know of your cancellation, your ticket will be forfeited.
