To register is simple!
1- Scroll down through our sign designs. When you find the sign you would like to create, click on it to see the name. Please copy the name and size of the wood sign, EXACTLY AS IS (you will need to paste the name in the registration form).
2- Press the green NEXT button
3- Fill out the form with your information. Paste the name of the wood sign in the “name of sign” box. If you do not enter the wood sign info, we do not know what design to create for you! This is very important!
4- Press the green SUBMIT button
5- Done!
Your event is Friday December 16th from 6-9pm. YOU MUST FILL THIS FORM OUT BY NOON ON FRIDAY DECEMBER 9TH TO ENSURE THAT YOUR SIGN WILL BE READY FOR YOU TO MAKE! THANK YOU!
