Taste of Summer Charcuterie Workshop

Class Date: Thursday, August 24th (6:30pm – 8pm)

Discover the secrets of creating a perfect summer themed Charcuterie Board!

Join Barb Kasper and Spruced studio and learn a variety of techniques that include learning how to slice and style cheese, make salami roses and fruit flowers!

Sip on a complimentary refreshment as you create your very own 10” x 12” tray to take home to share!

Included in the workshop are all the meats, cheeses, and other goodies to build your take home charcuterie board, a snacking board to nosh on during class and hands on guidance as you build your beautiful board.  Along the way, Barb Kasper will share tips and education on both the art and science of charcuterie!

 Registration ends Sunday, August 20.  Seats are limited to 16 people, so don’t miss out!  

*Minimum of 6 people to hold class.  Should we not meet our minimum, you will be contacted, and your ticket will be transferred to our next class with Barb Kasper.
