Winter Wine & Charcuterie Workshop

Join Barb Kasper and Spruced studio for a delicious evening where you will learn the art of arranging the meats, cheeses, fruit, and other fun accompaniments all while sampling some delicious winter wines!
The class starts with a tasting of assorted cheeses, meats and other accompaniments…so come hungry!
Included in the workshop are all the meats, cheeses, and other goodies to build your take home 10″ x 12″ charcuterie tray.  Along the way, Barb Kasper will share tips and education on both the art and science of charcuterie!Â

*Note: Tickets are non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of this workshop, cancellations need to be made at least 72 hours in advance and your ticket will be transferred to an upcoming charcuterie workshop. Any cancellations after this deadline will incur a fee of $35 fee and you may transfer to an upcoming charcuterie workshop. In the event that you do not let us know of your cancellation, your ticket will be forfeited.
