Private Event Booking Steps
1 Contact us with your requested date/time
Please fill out this inquiry form to make sure your preferred date is available. We will respond to you within the next 48 hours. If you are inquiring about a private class, please scroll to the bottom to see our class requirements before filling out the form.
Please note: Your event is not booked until we confirm the date with you and the reservation fee is paid!
2 Pay the reservation fee
AFTER we confirm your requested date, a $100 reservation fee is required for all private events. Your date is not secured until this is paid. $100 is not applied towards rental fee or class fees.
STUDIO RENTALS: half of the reservation fee will be refunded within 72 hours of your event. The following is the only time we do not refund the reservation fee:
-canceling within 30 days of event
-going over the allotted time (arriving early or staying late)
-damage to the studio or supplies
PRIVATE CLASSES: the reservation fee is not applied towards the class cost and is retained to secure your private date. Reservation fee will only be returned if event is canceled 30+ days in advance.
3 Select a workshop or studio rental option
We have a selection of different workshops, so you can choose which one will best suits your group! Before filling out the inquiry form, make sure to check out all the workshop details listed below!
Please note: we cannot combine different workshops…everyone will follow along with the workshop you select.
4 Invite your guests
Once you have your date and workshop selected, a private link will be created for you to send to your guests. It is important that your guests sign up via the link to ensure minimums are met and so they are able to select their specific product that they wish to make.
5 Show up, have fun, be the coolest person you know
But seriously, your guests will be talking about this event for a while, so sit back and take the credit…you deserve it.

We have enough seating for 44 people (we have worktables, which are counter-height and barstools). If you are doing a workshop, the amount of guests we can accomodate will depend on the workshop.

STUDIO RENTALS – you are welcome to bring in your own food or cater in (you must be present for catering delivery). BYOB is permitted (wine, beer, hard ciders, champagne). NO hard liquor is allowed. We also have complimentary coffee/teas/water as long as you request it for your event.

Yes, most decor is allowed but we do not allow anything that will damage our walls, ceiling and so forth (boo, we’re such party poopers…but we know you’ll understand!). Please consider using the tabletops for your decorations and not the walls =)

During your private event, you and your guest will learn about pairing and combining cured meats, awesome cheeses and all the goodies that come on a charcuterie board.
Bring in your own adult beverage or sip on a complimentary drink as you create your very own tray to take home to share!
Included in the workshop are all the meats, cheeses, and other goodies to build your take home charcuterie board, a snacking board to nosh on during your event and hands on guidance as you build your beautiful board. Along the way, Barb Kasper will share tips and education on both the art and science of charcuterie!

There are lots of options to choose from when it comes to cocktail/mocktail classes! Mixologist Katy McAvoy from Mitten Girl will discuss what makes a delicious drink as well as what to consider when choosing ingredients.
Get hands on shaking up – and sampling – tasty craft cocktails (or mocktails!), learn how to design a delicious signature drink based on your unique tastes, or build a DIY cocktail (or mocktail) kit for gift giving using ingredients you make in class.
All classes include recipe cards and cocktail syrup to take home.

Custom Kids’ Sweater Workshop
Handmade. Heartfelt. Absolutely Adorable.
Ready to make something cozy, crafty, and totally custom for your little one? In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to hand-stitch a child’s name onto a knit sweater—no embroidery experience needed!
We’ll walk through the whole process:
How to use Stick & Stitch patterns (you’ll get one printed with the name of your choice!)
Basic embroidery techniques to make those stitches smooth and snuggly
You’ll also get to pick your thread color in class to match your vibe!
What’s Included:
- 1 knit sweater in your selected size/color

- A large-eye needle (perfect for yarn embroidery)

The Fine Print:
Kids’ sizing is… well, an adventure. We can’t guarantee fit since every brand and every baby/toddler is different (you know that 3T can mean anything from “fits perfectly” to “wears this to kindergarten”). When in doubt, size up!
Sweaters are ordered after tickets are purchased, so if your selected size or color is out of stock, I’ll order your second option (you’ll choose this at check out!)
*Age Recommendation: 16+
*Depending on how quickly you stitch and how long your name is, you may or may not finish your sweater in class. I will make sure you know what to do when you get home to finish!
*Please note that longer names look different than short names! Oftentimes longer names require a smaller font size to fit on the sweater!

Say HELLO in style! Whether your personality is sweet or sassy (or anything in between), we have all the choices to make your guest smile as they arrive.
This workshop is fun because it is one of our easier classes (great for people who *think* they are not crafty) and your guest leave with a functional product that they made! We have a large array of designs and paint colors for your guest to choose from so everyone will leave with an amazing doormat!
Note: painted coir mats must be sealed to ensure longevity. We do not provide a sealer at the studio, as the paint needs to cure for at least 24 hours. We recommend a Scotch Guard spray or Spar Urethane.

Join Cecilia, of Cecilia Rae Artistry at the studio to create your own masterpiece! Cecilia will walk you step-by-step through the painting process while encouraging personal expression through color choices, brushwork, and added details. You’ll learn foundational acrylic techniques while creating a piece that feels meaningful and uniquely yours.
You’ll learn:

• Using color to convey mood and emotion
• Optional details to personalize your heart painting

This option is perfect for those looking to rent the studio for a structured event and want to do a workshop, but don’t have time for both!
We will set up a beautiful “succulent bar” for your guests to put together their own mini container at their leisure. This option allows your guests to choose one mini container, one succulent and then top it off with colored pebbles and a fun plant pick. This works well for structured events where you need time for your own activites (food, games, gift opening etc.) but want your guests to leave with a party favor or a hands-on experience.

Always wanted to make sourdough but felt a little… intimidough-ted? You’re in the right place. This beginner-friendly class is the perfect way to dip your toes (not literally) into the world of wild yeast and delicious, crusty bread—without the stress or confusion!
In this 2.5-hour workshop, we’ll get our hands floured up and create our very own dough babies. We’ll be mixing, stretching, folding, and talking all things sourdough while the dough does its thing. There will be plenty of time for questions, demos, and “a-ha!” moments in between.
Important note: We will not be baking in class. Why? Because good sourdough takes its sweet, bubbly time—and we want you to experience the full magic at home. You’ll head out with dough that’s ready to rise and shine, along with the know-how to keep your sourdough journey going strong.

Making your dough with a bubbly, active starter (which I’ll provide!)
Practicing the stretch-and-fold technique without flinging flour across the room

Whether you’ve burned every loaf you’ve ever tried to bake or have never touched a jar of starter in your life, this class is for you. You’ll leave with a bowl of dough, a jar of living starter, and the confidence to bake your first loaf like a pro (or at least like someone who’s about to become obsessed with bread).

This workshop won’t succ! Wait, yes it will….anyways…. you and your guest will have a great time playing in the dirt as you create your own arrangement of adorable little succulents. You’ll get to choose from a wide variety of containers (some new, some upcycled…because cool kids upcyle), several different species of succulents, and decorative rocks. There are 3 sizes of containers to choose from. In addition, everyone will get to make their own wine cork planter…yes, I had to drink the wine to save the cork for you. My job is tough.

All supplies needed will be provided. During your event, you will get to choose your container, be able to pick from a large variety of natural and hand-painted wood flowers and add in beautiful greenery for that finishing touch!
