Boards & Bubbly: Create the Perfect New Year’s Eve Charcuterie Board

Come create your show-stopping board to serve at your New Year’s Eve celebration!

Start your New Year’s Eve festivities early at this fun, hands-on charcuterie workshop! You’ll design a stunning festive board filled with crowd-pleasing cheeses, cured meats, fruits, and accompaniments — perfectly styled for your upcoming party or gathering.

We’ll walk through board layout, flavor pairings, and presentation tips, plus share ideas for how to store and transport your creation for your New Year’s Eve celebration. Enjoy a glass of sparkling cider or bubbly while you craft your creation and leave with your completed board ready to serve.

Included in the workshop are all the meats, cheeses, and other goodies to build your take home charcuterie board, tastings of all the products and hands on guidance as you build your beautiful board.  Along the way, Barb Kasper will share tips and education on both the art and science of charcuterie!

Have an extra person that would like to join you but doesn’t want to make their own board?  No problem, we offer 1 “extra person” ticket with each full-priced board.  For only $20 your “plus one” can enjoy a beverage, participate in the tastings and help you create your take home board!  Option is in the next screen.

*Note: Due to the custom nature of this workshop, cancellations need to be made at least 72 hours in advance and your ticket will be transferred to an upcoming charcuterie workshop. Any cancellations after this deadline will incur a fee of $35 fee and you may transfer to an upcoming charcuterie workshop.  In the event that you do not let us know of your cancellation, your ticket will be forfeited.
