Gather & Graze: A Winter Charcuterie Workshop
Cold nights call for good food, great company, and something cozy to create! Join Barb Kasper for a hands-on charcuterie workshop that celebrates the comforting flavors of winter.
You’ll learn how to build a seasonal board— layered with creamy cheeses, savory meats, roasted nuts, spiced fruit, olives, and sweet touches like honeycomb and jam. Barb will walk you through easy tips for arranging, flavor-pairing, and creating a board that looks as good as it tastes.
Enjoy a guided tasting with wine or a warm beverage as you make your own 10×12 board to take home and enjoy later.
Each guest will leave with:

Have an extra person that would like to join you but doesn’t want to make their own board? No problem, we offer 1 “extra person” ticket with each full-priced board. For only $20 your “plus one” can enjoy a beverage, participate in the tastings and help you create your take home board! Option is in the next screen.
*Note: Due to the custom nature of this workshop, cancellations need to be made at least 72 hours in advance and your ticket will be transferred to an upcoming charcuterie workshop. Any cancellations after this deadline will incur a fee of $35 fee and you may transfer to an upcoming charcuterie workshop. In the event that you do not let us know of your cancellation, your ticket will be forfeited.
