Paint the Place You Fell in Love: Watercolor Workshop

(Perfect as a post-Valentine’s date night — you’ll create a meaningful keepsake that still makes a beautiful Valentine’s gift.)

Relive the moment your love story began by painting the location of your first date (or any special place)! Whether it was a cozy coffee shop, favorite restaurant, movie theater, hiking trail, or meaningful city spot —this workshop transforms a special memory into a romantic watercolor keepsake.

Before class, you’ll send in a photo of your special location. Cecilia of Cecilia Rae Artistry will prepare a printed sketch for each person, and during the workshop you will trace your outline onto watercolor paper using carbon transfer paper. This process keeps the class beginner-friendly while allowing you to feel truly involved in creating your artwork.

You’ll learn:
● How to paint simple buildings and illustrated scenes
● Using watercolor washes to create mood and nostalgia
● Adding meaningful details like dates, initials, signs, or symbols
● Optional lettering to personalize your piece

Each participant receives:
● One 8×10 watercolor outline of your chosen first date location

This workshop is ideal for couples, best friends, or Galentine’s pairs.
No experience required.
