Join Barb Kasper of Charcuterie by Barbie at Spruced Studio for a cozy, elevated evening of wine, food, and purposeful pairings. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to build a beautiful charcuterie board while discovering why certain wines pair so naturally with specific cheeses, meats, and accompaniments.

The evening begins with a guided tasting of curated cheeses, meats, and specialty accompaniments paired with wine—so come hungry. As you sip and sample, Barb will share approachable pairing principles you can easily recreate at home.

You’ll then create your own 10″ x 12″ take-home charcuterie tray, using all provided meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and accompaniments. Throughout the workshop, Barb will guide you through balance, contrast, and styling techniques that make a board feel both abundant and intentional.

For only $20 your “plus one” can enjoy a beverage, participate in the tastings and help you create your take home board! Option is in the next screen.

*Note: Due to the custom nature of this workshop, cancellations need to be made at least 72 hours in advance, and your ticket will be transferred to an upcoming charcuterie workshop. Any cancellations after this deadline will incur a fee of $35 fee and you may transfer to an upcoming charcuterie workshop. In the event that you do not let us know of your cancellation, your ticket will be forfeited.
