VENDOR INFO – Holiday Artisans Market
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A REGISTRATION FORM FOR ARTISANS INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING IN OUR HOLIDAY ARTISAN MARKET
Join your fellow Artisans for Spruced Studio’s first ever Holiday Artisans Market! We are an upscale DIY studio that teaches a variety of art & craft classes, but for one day, we are turning the studio over to YOU! We believe in supporting local artisans and this is our way to showcase YOUR amazing handmade items!
Date: Saturday November 19, 2022 from 10am-3pm (Set up starts at 8am. You MUST be finished setting up by 9:15am) We will also open the studio up on Friday November 18th from 4-7pm for set up as well (you must be done by 7pm).
Booth Fees: $25 (must provide your own 8′ table and chair) OR $30 (4’x7′ table and stool provided. note: these are counter-height tables). Everyone must provide your own tablecloth and extension cord if needed (please let us know if you need to be by an outlet so we can place you accordingly…please do not opt for this if it is purely for phone charging.). PLEASE NOTE: there are (8) 4’x7′ tables available and these will be given to those who request them first. At this time, we are not renting double booths, so we can have a larger selection of artisans.

The process: To register, please fill out the form and pay the booth fee online. *Then send photos of your handmade items to email@example.com with “Artisan photos” in the subject line (must submit within 24 hours of submitting application).* We will not accept applications if we do not receive photos, so make sure to get photos to us asap. We will go through all applications and let you know if yours is accepted. If it is not accepted, we will refund your booth fee. We are aiming to have a variety of artisans; therefore, we may not be able to accept everyone.
DEADLINE for application: Wednesday, August 31, 2022 // We will review and contact you by September 7, 2022 to confirm or deny your application. If you are denied, we will promptly return your booth fee.

Set up: Friday November 18th from 4-7pm (you must be done by 7pm). Or Saturday November 19th from 8:00-9:15am. You MUST be finished setting up by 9:15am
Tear Down: NO TEAR DOWN BEFORE 3pm! We’ve all been to shows were vendors tear down early and it’s frustrating for the customers that come at the end and frustrating for your fellow vendors.
Parking: You may pull up to the front or back door to unload (both are clearly marked Spruced Studio). As soon as you are unloaded, we will direct you where to park during the market.
Booths: You will need to provide your own tablecloth, extension cord (let us know asap if you need to be by an outlet, as we are assigning tables soon), 8′ table/chair (if that was your selection). Your booth space is the size of your table! We may have a little room to work with on the side of your table but not much. If you are bringing signage for your business, it needs to be attached to the front of your table. No signs on walls please!
Displays: We are known as an “upscale studio”, we hope you will take time and pride in how your booth is displayed. Customers are always drawn to well laid-out tables. Booths that are cluttered and unorganized tend to be passed over. We want everyone to be successful, so we encourage you to put thought and care into the appearance of your set-up!
-Spruced Studio, property owner and organizers of the Holiday Artisan Market (event) will not be held responsible for any liability, are not responsible for damage to or theft of your personal property or merchandise or any injury incurred during the event or while on the property of the event.
-Any digital images you send of your products may be used for marketing purposes to promote the event. Please make sure photos are well-lit, clear and uncluttered.
-We expect all Artisans to be respectful of fellow Artisans and customers while on Spruced Studio property. We ask that you refrain from foul language, smoking and playing music. Aka: be a kind human being and all will be grand! =)
-You are responsible for your own monetary transactions. We will not keep any cash on hand to switch out bills. Come prepared!
-Refunds: We will offer full refunds on booth fees up until Oct 1, 2022. NO REFUNDS will be given after Oct 1, 2022. If you no-show the day of, you will not be permitted to participate in future events at the studio.
