Join Mixologist, Leah Aldrich, owner of Open Bar GR at Spruced Studio to learn about the art of mixology and creating classic cocktails with a twist.

If you’re looking to up your cocktail game, this class is for you because we’ll focus on unique techniques! During this class you’ll learn how to clarify juices, learn what it means to fat wash, how to incorporate different powdered acids, use foams, and of course aromatic bubbles.

– class participants will get spirit tastings, and create classic and signature cocktails

-Charcuterie will be provided as a snack, but you are also welcome to bring in your own food to enjoy during class!
