Private Event for Smiley Family Dentistry

Join the Smiley Family Dentistry Team on Thursday June 15th from 4-7pm for a fun time of creating wood signs (staining and painting involved).   A few things to note:  please arrive 10 minutes early, as this is a FULL 3-hour class with instructions.  It is important everyone is on time so we can start on time.  

How to register:

1- Browse through our design gallery.  Once you find the sign you want to create, copy the EXACT name/size of the wood sign that you would like to create and save it, you will need to enter it on the next screen under the registration form.

2- Click the “next” button.
3- Fill out the form with your information.
4- Press the green SUBMIT button (note:  once you hit the submit button, your ticket is reserved and changes cannot be made, so please make sure all info is correct before clicking submit!)
5- Done!

YOU MUST FILL THIS FORM OUT BY NOON ON THURSDAY JUNE 8th TO ENSURE THAT YOUR SIGN WILL BE READY FOR YOU TO MAKE!  THANK YOU!
