Summer Wine & Charcuterie Workshop

Class Date: Saturday, June 28th from 6:30pm – 8:00pm

Join Barb Kasper and Spruced Studio for a delicious evening where you will learn the art of arranging the meats, cheeses, fruit, and other fun accompaniments all while sampling several delicious summer wines!
The class starts with a tasting of assorted cheeses, meats and other accompaniments…so come hungry!
Included in the workshop are all the meats, cheeses, and other goodies to build your take home 10″ x 12″ charcuterie tray.  Along the way, Barb Kasper will share tips and education on both the art and science of charcuterie!Â

Any cancellations after the June 24th deadline will incur a fee of $35, and you may transfer to an upcoming charcuterie workshop. In the event that you do not let us know of your cancellation, your ticket will be forfeited.
